這兩個星期吃吃喝喝機會多，內心已有"應該會胖一點"的心理準備，
不過...上星期看到拍出來的相片時，還是噴血了*噗*

等我鼓起勇氣，深呼吸，站上磅稱，發現自己胖了快 2‧公‧斤...

雖然女生每月總有某些時刻特別容易胖...不過那不是藉口！於是我又拾起了"變態二人組"在家狂練有氧，管它捕魚還曬網，有捕有保庇，有運動還是有差啦！

說到運動，今天開了一整早無意義的會，
看到"何不食肉糜 04'版"與"天堂的好命人家"，腦細胞死傷難以估計。
